I love these rice bags! You keep them in the freezer so that they are ready when you need them. Or if you have a sore neck you stick these in the microwave for 1 minute and you're ready for some instant relief. I have put the rice bags in removable covers so that if they get dirty you can just put the covers right into the washing machine.
